Refund and Return Policy

Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days after the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@lifelandia.com. We will provide further instructions on where to send your item.

Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lifelandia.com, and we will provide the return shipping address.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
